1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SM Connector ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

SM Connector is provided by Naton Lab Limited ("we", "us", "our"), and these Terms govern your use of our social media management platform.


2. Description of Service

SM Connector is a social media management platform that enables businesses and individuals to:

- Connect and manage multiple social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms)
- Create, schedule, and publish content across connected platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and engagement
- Access analytics and insights about social media performance
- Automate content distribution workflows

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms via their official APIs and is subject to those platforms' terms and policies.


3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use SM Connector, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Have the authority to bind any organization you represent
- Maintain and update your account information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Using strong, unique passwords

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

3.3 Account Types

- Free Tier: Limited features for individual users
- Business Tier: Enhanced features for business customers
- Enterprise Tier: Custom solutions for large organizations

Specific features and limitations are detailed in your subscription plan.


4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use SM Connector to:
- Manage your own social media accounts or accounts you are authorized to manage
- Create and publish original content or content you have rights to use
- Engage with your audience in compliance with platform policies
- Analyze performance metrics for your accounts

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use SM Connector to:
- ❌ Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- ❌ Post spam, malware, or deceptive content
- ❌ Harass, abuse, or harm others
- ❌ Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- ❌ Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- ❌ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- ❌ Use the Service for automated bot networks or fake engagement
- ❌ Violate social media platform terms of service
- ❌ Collect user data without proper consent
- ❌ Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:
- All content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service
- Ensuring you have necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
- Compliance with applicable laws (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
- Accuracy and legality of your content


5. Social Media Platform Integration

5.1 Third-Party Platforms

SM Connector integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Your use of these platforms through our Service is also governed by:
- The respective platform's Terms of Service
- Platform API usage policies
- Platform developer policies
- Platform community guidelines

5.2 Platform Changes

Third-party platforms may:
- Change their APIs, features, or policies at any time
- Revoke or limit API access
- Impose rate limits or usage restrictions

We are not responsible for platform changes that affect Service functionality.

5.3 Account Connections

When you connect social media accounts:
- You authorize us to access your accounts as necessary to provide the Service
- You grant us permission to publish content on your behalf
- You can revoke access at any time through platform settings or our Service
- We will delete associated data upon disconnection (see Data Deletion Policy)


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

SM Connector, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Naton Lab Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Remove proprietary notices or labels
- Use our trademarks without written permission

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service
- Display content in your dashboard and analytics
- Make backup copies for reliability and disaster recovery

This license terminates when you delete content or close your account.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.


7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Pricing

Current pricing for paid plans is available at [your-pricing-page]. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7.2 Billing

- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

7.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

7.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times
- We will notify you via email
- Service access may be suspended after 7 days
- Your account may be terminated after 30 days

7.5 Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for prepaid subscription fees. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
- Billing errors
- Cases required by law


8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Experience unexpected downtime
- Modify or discontinue features

8.2 Support

Support is provided based on your subscription tier:
- Free Tier: Community support and documentation
- Business Tier: Email support with 48-hour response time
- Enterprise Tier: Priority support with dedicated account manager

8.3 Beta Features

We may offer beta or experimental features. These are provided without warranties and may be changed or discontinued at any time.


9. Data Privacy and Security

9.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and authentication

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Policy for details. Upon deletion request:
- We will delete your data within 90 days
- Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days
- We may retain minimal data as required by law


10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

10.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability

10.2 Limitation of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or platform changes
- Your content or its publication

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naton Lab Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws


12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion feature in your settings

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account poses security risks
- Payment fails for more than 30 days
- We are required to do so by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- We will delete your data according to our Data Deletion Policy
- Prepaid fees are non-refundable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect


13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Informal Resolution

14. Changes to Terms

14.2 Acceptance

Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

Changes take effect 30 days after notification, except:
- Changes required by law (immediate effect)
- New features (immediate effect)
- Security updates (immediate effect)


15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naton Lab Limited regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account or these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor or affiliate.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

16. Platform-Specific Terms

16.1 Facebook and Instagram

When using Facebook and Instagram integration:
- You must comply with Meta Platform Terms
- You must comply with Meta Community Standards
- You acknowledge Meta's Data Policy applies to data we receive from Meta
- You may only publish content you have rights to publish

16.2 X (Twitter)

When using X integration:
- You must comply with X Terms of Service
- You must comply with X Developer Agreement and Policy
- You must respect X's rate limits
- You may not use the Service for spam or manipulation

16.3 Other Platforms

Similar compliance requirements apply for LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and other integrated platforms.


By using SM Connector, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
